You can use Stopwatch, browse Planner races, export a race shortlist and browse Marketplace without an account. An account lets you save races. Complete your profile for My Horses, race assignments and private Marketplace features such as listings, bookmarks and conversations.

Choose password recovery on the sign-in page and use the email attached to your account. Recovery uses email. If you signed up with only a phone number, attach an email from Account while you can still sign in so that password recovery is available.

Open Account to manage your profile, sign-in details and available security controls. You can add an authenticator app for multi-factor authentication. Your profile role describes you; it does not change which product features you can use.

Yes. Each timer works independently, with its own name, elapsed time and splits. Starting, pausing, saving or stopping one timer does not change the others. Choose a distance from 200m to 1600m for each split; timing displays hundredths and speed uses km/h and mph.

Saved results stay in this browser on this device for seven rolling days. Open a date in history to review splits, add a comment or copy and share that date's results. Stopwatch history does not sync between devices, so share results you want to keep beyond that period.

Hisani saves unfinished work locally. After a restart or reload, a previously running timer returns paused at its last successfully saved elapsed time. Time spent closed is not added. Browser storage removal can delete local work, so it is not a backup.

Search the published catalogue and filter by available race facts such as jurisdiction, racecourse, distance, surface and breed. Sign in to save races. PDF export includes every race matching your current search and filters, or your matching saved races when exporting from Saved scope.

Yes. While signed in and online, open a race and assign it to a horse from My Horses or a name you type. Assigned races groups your selections by horse. A race can hold more than one of your private assignments: adding a horse keeps the others, and removing one removes only that horse.

No. Planner helps you inspect and filter authority-published race facts. It does not determine eligibility or enter your horse into a race. Review the full conditions and confirm requirements with the relevant racing authority before making an entry.

Sign in and complete your profile, then start a new listing. You can scan a passport for editable suggestions or enter the details manually. Add the required horse information, location, pricing and at least one photo, choose your disclosures and review before publishing. My Horses can also start the form with compatible facts prefilled.

Open an active listing and choose Message seller. Sign in to use the private conversation attached to that horse's listing. Sellers may also choose to display verified contact details. Public contact disclosure is off by default and is separate from private messaging.

Hisani provides listings and conversations; it does not verify horse identity, health, ownership or a seller's authority to sell. A veterinary-report indicator means a document was supplied. Buyers and sellers must make their own checks and arrangements. Hisani does not process payments, deposits, escrow or ownership transfers.

It is a private convenience record in your account. A name is required; breed, date of birth, sex, Sire, Dam, location, description, veterinary notes, photos, videos and veterinary documents are all optional. It is not proof of ownership, registration, eligibility or health, and creating one does not automatically create a listing or race assignment.

No. Manual entry is always available. A passport scan can suggest editable horse facts, which you review before saving. Uncertain information stays blank. The passport image is not attached to your saved horse record.

Available horse names can be suggested in Stopwatch, selected for Planner assignments or copied into an editable Marketplace listing form. Stopwatch keeps only the chosen name as local text. A Marketplace listing remains a separate record with its own review and required details.

Stopwatch timing and local history work offline after the application has loaded and offline preparation is available in your browser. Open Hisani on your device while connected before relying on it at the track. Installing the web app depends on your browser; an installation is not required for ordinary browser use.

When all the data for your selected season and query is already available on your device, you can browse, search, filter, inspect race details and export a PDF. Missing local coverage is unavailable, not an empty catalogue. Saving or unsaving races and reading or changing assignments require a connection.

Signing out clears your private Planner cache but preserves public race data and account-independent Stopwatch work. Clearing browser site data can remove local Stopwatch work and Planner cache; it does not delete saved server records. My Horses, Marketplace publishing and private conversations need a connection.
