Apply

A résumé you keep, shared only when you choose.

Your résumé lives in Settings and stays private. Applying sends a message and, if you want, a frozen copy of it. Editing it later never changes what a yard already holds.

Sample application

Post a job

Post a role for your yard, and answer who applies.

Hiring members of a Stable publish postings and triage the applications. They can also enquire of Horsemen who are open to work; each one accepts or declines.

  • A posting carries the yard's name and city, never an address.
  • Applications move from Submitted to Shortlisted, then Accepted or Declined.
  • Every application and accepted enquiry opens a private conversation.

Hire

Accepting is not hiring, and nobody joins unasked.

To hire, you send Stable's ordinary staff invite. The candidate sees the positions before they approve, and the membership exists once they do.

  1. 01

    Accept

Accepting records your decision. Nothing else changes.

  2. 02

    Invite

Choose the positions. The invite expires after 30 days.

  3. 03

    Approve

They approve and become Staff. The application shows Hired.

Straight answers

What Hire does, and what it does not.

Does Hire handle pay or contracts?

No. Pay, contracts and permits are arranged between you and the yard, outside Hisani.

Does Hire check that people are qualified?

No. Hire never states that someone is qualified, licensed or employable.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Browsing jobs and applying need a Hisani account.

Can I post a job without a Stable?

No. Postings belong to a Stable, and its Hiring members publish them.

Who can see my résumé?

Nobody by default. A yard sees a snapshot only when you apply or accept its enquiry. Switching open to work off removes you from the listing at once.

Will I be told when something changes?

Yes, in Hisani and by email, unless you opted out of Stable alerts.

Find the work. Find the people.
