Stable · 05:10 · Before first lot

The whole yard, before first lot.

Morning rounds in box order, the training grid, health records and the people who do the work, kept where the work happens. Each Horse Owner sees only their own horse.

Sample yard: the stable, its horses and every reading are invented.

5 of 6 entered · 1 left blank · 1 outside expected range. Brass Minute · 39.2 °C · Outside expected range.

The round · 05:40

Open the barn. Take the round in box order.

Enter moves to the next box. A blank creates no record. One observation time applies to the round.

Walk to signal

The yard keeps moving. The record waits for signal.

Temperature, Weight and Feed rounds and Training placements can wait locally for delivery.

Round delivered and stored. Rounds and training placements wait for signal. Nothing else is written offline.

Health · by horse

Remember the next date. Keep the last one close.

Vaccination, Farrier and Vet entries sit with the horse. The yard sets intervals; reminders appear at 30 and 7 days.

Farrier · due in 7 days

Withdrawal in force

Reminders, not rulings.

One horse · one timeline

Follow the work. Across the day.

A Stable horse gathers its care, training, health and linked work in one place. Entries keep the Stable where they were made.

Who sees what

A place for the whole yard. A window for each role.

Positions combine NONE, VIEW and FULL access. A Horse Owner sees only their own horse and the sections switched on for them.

Horse Owner · their horse only

Turn a section off and it disappears rather than showing an empty panel.

The yard’s books

The detail stays here. The decisions stay yours.

01

Finance

Split a bill across horses in exact shares: 3333 + 3333 + 3334 = 10000 basis points. Paid is something you record. No money moves through Hisani.

02

Reports

Choose horses, features and a period. Summary is the default; detail is available for periods up to 31 days. Each section comes from its owning feature and is filtered by the reader’s permission at generation.

03

Transfer

Move selected horses or staff between Stables held by the same Stable Owner. A horse keeps its complete history, with every entry attributed to the yard where it was made; future origin-yard training placements are removed.

04

Hire

Post a yard role and review applications. An application creates no membership.

Straight answers

A working record. With clear limits.

Does Stable diagnose?

No. Health entries and reminders are records, not medical rulings.

Is everything available offline?

No. Only care rounds and Training placements and their detail can be queued offline. Other writes require a connection.

Does it move money?

No. Finance records bills, invoices and paid status; payments happen elsewhere.

Does it send automatic medical alerts?

No. Due reminders and withdrawal statements inform the yard; they do not enforce decisions.

Can several owners be attached to one horse?

No. A Stable horse has at most one Horse Owner profile at a time.

Does it read sensors or scales?

No. Observations are entered by people.

Written down once, in box order.
